Visitor Management
Using the touch-screen interface, a new or recurring visitor will receive a personalized welcome and a programmable set of options. Visitor activities through this interface can initiate membership, host lookup, visitor label printing and site induction automation. The kiosk or other device can run and interact with any other programs or web service. Additional interactions can be included upon agreement, such as video playback, wayfinding, meeting schedule look up and promotional programs.
Visitor Notification
Send notifications to a recipient, notifying them that their guest has arrived. This allows staff to promptly attend to their visitor regardless of whether they are early, on time or running late.
Visitor Auditing
There are two data types captured providing an auditable visitor log and their interactions. The data types are anonymous demographic data, such as counting, age and gender of visitors, and visitor audit data consisting of but not limited to counts, records of enrolments, returning visitors, hosts contacted etc.
